Left of Center: Weekend Edition
So first of all, I’d like to say that the reason I haven’t updated in a couple days now lies squarely at the feet of a certain defense attorney. If you’ve never played the Phoenix Wright (or, more properly, Ace Attorney) series, I encourage you to go out and pick up the first two games in the series. For those who don’t know, the Ace Attorney games are old-school text adventures that follow the tale of Phoenix Wright, a defense attorney. The games are very well written (all the typos in JFA notwithstanding), the visuals are hilarious, and the music is so good. I can’t recommend them enough.
So yesterday was orientation at Post. It wasn’t anything remarkable. The campus is very pretty, and I definitely got a better feeling than I did at the orientation for Queens. Hopefully, that feeling carries over to my actual classes. Only time will tell.
Curses, I was waiting for the washing machine to finish running so I could take a shower and head over to Micro Center, where a one gigabyte USB flash drive is only $10 this weekend. While I was waiting, though, my sister seized the moment and is now taking a shower, which means I have to wait even longer. Oh well. It’s Saturday, and this is probably the last weekend for quite some time where I’ll have nothing important to do. I’ll enjoy it while it lasts.

You can’t let siblings walk all over you like that. Show ‘em who’s boss, Andrew.
