- When I was driving to work this morning, it was cool and not humid at all—quite unlike the past few days have been. Not only that, but the skies were slightly overcast. Maybe I’m weird, but what I just described is possibly my favorite type of weather, depending on how I’m feeling. It put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. More on the weather later.
- Oh good, I’m not the only one who thinks the Islanders are ridiculous. (Sumo wrestlers? What the hell?)
- I went to Staples after dinner, shortly after 7 PM, to exchange a binder I bought the other day for a bigger one. I left my front car windows cracked about an inch. In the five minutes it took me to go into the store, return one binder, grab another, pay for it, and leave the store, it had started pouring…all over the inside of my car. I ran for it, got soaked, started the car and rolled my windows up. By the time I pulled out of the parking lot, the rain had slowed considerably, and when I got back to my house—half a mile from Staples, if that—I found out that it hadn’t rained there at all. Owned? Yes, I do believe so.
- I don’t know what’s gotten into me, but I now have as many posts in the month of July as I had from October of last year through June of this year. Hopefully I’ll keep at it.
- I enjoy the liberal use of bulleted lists in my posts.
